The road leads through the swamp, where stunted trees stretch their clumsy, darkened branch arms away from the heavy slime, this bottomless abyss, eager to swallow a wanderer. Where, as if dancing and playing treacherously shimmy green lights, and on the periphery of vision wander shadows, clearly darker than those that cast trees in the light of the sickle of the moon.
